The compact single-deck final screen
RUBBLE MASTER CS Series screens are compact, linear oscillation screens that can be transported like containers. They are flexible as far as feed material is concerned and sort crushed material, such as building rubble and natural rock, very efficiently. Power is supplied from the crusher generator— a huge advantage at more remote sites.
The CS2500 single deck screen is perfectly matched to the semi-mobile RM60 crusher. The production capacity of the linear oscillation screen is optimized according to the angle of the screen, the mesh gap and the type of material to be processed. Even under heavy workloads, the CS2500 performs impressively with its reliable grading ability and self-screening deck, which helps keep maintenance to a minimum. The two conveyor belts can be raised to significant discharge heights as well.
The conveyor belts are integrated safely into the frame of the screen unit and fold away hydraulically for transport. The CS2500 can be easily loaded onto a truck equipped with a winch.
