RUBBLE MASTER unveils its new flagship product at CONEXPO 2008
Rubble Master, a worldwide leader in compact recycling systems, presents its flagship product, the RM100 crusher, to the North American market at CONEXPO 2008, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The RM100, the latest addition to the Rubble Master product line, sets new standards as the best performing compact crusher on the market with its extraordinary capacity for daily production—up to 220 tons/hour (200 tonnes/hour). The RM100 has already achieved recognition internationally as a 2007 recipient of the prestigious “red dot” award, an international seal of quality in design, and is now posed to make its mark on the North American market.
The RM100 follows in the footsteps of its smaller predecessors—the RM60, RM70 and RM80—with its unparalleled ability to process construction and demolition waste such as concrete, bricks, asphalt and natural rock, into a high-quality aggregate end product. This ability not only provides contractors the convenience and savings of recycling C&D waste on-site by eliminating the need to transport waste to landfills, but also creates a potential income source for the owner.
The compactness of the RUBBLE MASTER crushers allows for easy transport and use in locations that are not accessible to other crushers. The RM100, like the other RUBBLE MASTER crushers, has been specifically engineered for efficiency, durability and ease of use. As a result, the RM100 can be used in any environment to process any material into a fine-grain end product. Even more impressive is the unit’s ability to achieve a defined grain size in a single pass. From a practical standpoint, the use of new, highly effective wear-resistant crusher materials in the unit keeps maintenance costs low and the fuel efficiency of the machine translates into lower operating costs.
The unique features of the RM crushers, paired with RUBBLE MASTER’s commitment to service and support, have resulted in a marked growth for its products in North America. “Since the first RUBBLE MASTER was shipped to North America in the late nineties,” said VP Stéphane Guerchon of RUBBLE MASTER Systems Inc., the North American operation of RUBBLE MASTER, based in Montreal, “we have seen continuous growth and increase in demand. The dealership network is also growing and authorized RUBBLE MASTER dealers can now be found from coast to coast and in Canada, guaranteeing parts availability, and technical and professional support to our clients.” Now, with the introduction of the RM 100 to the North American market, RUBBLE MASTER is bound to see another increase in its market share of this industry.
