The compact twin-deck final screen
RUBBLE MASTER CS Series screens are compact, linear oscillation screens that can be transported like containers. They are flexible, as far as feed material is concerned, and sort crushed material, such as building rubble and natural rock, very efficiently. Power is supplied from the crusher generator a huge advantage at more remote sites.
The CS3600/2 twin-deck screen is perfectly matched to the powerful RM70 and RM80 crushers. Its production capacity is optimizedaccording to the angle of the screen, the mesh gap and the type of material to be processed. Even under heavy workloads, the CS3600/2 performs impressively with its reliable grading ability and self-screening decks, which help keep maintenance to a minimum. The three conveyor belts can be raised to significant discharge heights as well.
The screened material belt is safely integrated into the framework and folds away hydraulically prior to transport. The CS3600/2 can be easily transported to job sites using a truck equipped with a winch.
