An up to 60 per cent saving in costs!
"I like this machine," explained an enthusiastic Ron Garofalo to the 200 guests at the presentation of theRM80 at his newly founded recycling division DAG in the New York area. "For years now we have had the burden of increasing transport and tipping costs. With the RM80 we can now recycle all the material that builds up – concrete, asphalt, bricks and natural stone – to make highly sought after 3/4” final grain. That's an up to 60 per cent saving in costs!
The OS80 mobile oversize grain separator with re-feeding belt maintains the crusher's unrestricted freedom of movement on the job site – an advantage that cannot be matched by any other comparably compact machine. The comb cascades of the OS80 reliably separate oversize material and the re-feeding belt returns it to the vibro channel. This produces high quality, standardised value grain – e.g. 3/4” or 1 4/5” – with just one operator throughout the whole recycling process. The OS80 is simply mounted on the main discharge belt of the crusher using quick release levers to make sure that any end product larger than the defined grain size is removed. All that is required is one low-loader for transportation to and from the job site.
Three comb-cascades ensure 100% separation of the oversize grain in the end product, plus maximum throughput with minimum wear and reduced fine grain content, as there is no closing of the gap. Adjustable comb cascades make the system flexible and it can be easily changed over to the required final grain size. The fact that the screen does not have any negative effect on the mobility of the crusher is a further benefit. The discharge height at almost 9.8" is also a bonus. Power is supplied from the crusher generator. The RM80 with OS80 is the ideal solution for perfect graded material and indispensable in road building and railway construction.
