On-site recycling is an economical advantage
DAG Mobile Aggregate Recycling, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, was recommended to handle a demolition contract with their RM80 RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recycler. The mobile impact crusher cleared the site for a new building development in just three days. The RM80 processed concrete, rock and brick to 1 1/2” minus material, which was then reused on site. A contractor with a larger crusher would not have even considered taking on such a small job. Therefore, DAG fills a niche, aimed at local crushing jobs lasting from a few days to a couple of weeks, like this on-site operation overlooking New York City, which could not be economically handled by competitors.
“There are countless small- and medium-sized projects where on-site recycling is an economic and inexpensive advantage,” says Ron Garofalo, of DAG, in New Jersey. "With the RM80, we are able to offer high-quality final aggregate, quick machine availability and production of 165 short tons/hr – like in a project in Cliffside Park, NJ overlooking New York City.
