The economic solution for defined value grain
The RM power package consisting of the RM100 plus OS100 mobile oversized grain separator is the most cost-effective solution for defined aggregate. In a single pass and using just one loader, the feed material is crushed at maximum throughput and with minimum wear by the RM100.
The OS100 is fitted to the crusher's main discharge belt easily, using quick-release levers. Four comb cascades reliably screen the material to the defined grain size.
The OS100 RFB refeeding belt guarantees a closed circuit system and maintains full freedom of movement of the crusher around the site. A cover ensures optimum dust suppression. The machine combination can be transported with just one low-loader and is ready for operation within 20 minutes of arrival on site. Ideal for road building projects.
