The mobile high-performance screen
The TS3600 is the most economic solution for producing high-quality defined grain sizes, whether it's sorting round grain from walls or refining building rubble that can be graded using a screen.
The tracked double-deck screen can be operated as a stand-alone screen to separate excavated soil, sand and gravel, or building rubble mixed with earth and other fine grain material. The hydraulically-opening feed hopper with oversized grain grating allows the TS3600 to also be fed directly from a mobile RM100. Three defined final grain sizes can be produced in a single pass in combination with the RM100/OS100 Power Package, equipped with the oversized grain re-feeding system.
The screen can be operated by one person and is also available with a radio remote control. All maintenance jobs can be quickly and easily performed, thanks to perfect accessibility.
Prior to transporting, the belts are moved hydraulically into position so the TS3600, with its unique, compact dimensions, is ready immediately for transportation from one job to the next.
