Nikolaus joined in July 2006 to manage the expansion through new business development. He is also responsible for marketing, branding and advertising efforts, as well as the communication with all departments of HMH and the organizational development of RUBBLE MASTER Systems.

Katharina started as RUBBLE MASTER Systems' office manager in mid 2007. She soon started taking on other projects, implemented the website and was responsible for the RUBBLE MASTER presentation at Conexpo 2008. Since June 2008 Katharina, together with trouble shooter Danny Civinski, handles all after sales related matters.
Danny Civinski is our Support Manager and offers best possible support for parts, technical training and troubleshooting for the RM North America family.

In November 2007 Danny was hired to handle technical support in the U.S. He manages spare parts availability in North America, technical training, support and troubleshooting. Furthermore, with his solid knowledge of the RUBBLE MASTER technology, Danny is able to provide consulting to the manufacturer HMH on how to better adapt the RUBBLE MASTER products to the North American market.
Nadia Stevens is the Rubble Master Systems Office Administrative Assistant.
